Will my dresses really be Tailor-Made?
Yes, they will be individually cut-and-sewn according to the measurements of each bridesmaid. (Most bridal shops only alter factory made dresses.)

Do you sell Ready-to-Wear bridesmaid dresses?
No.

What is your Return Policy?
Since the dresses are tailor made, they are not returnable. We do, however, guarantee the dresses will fit well and we will make any necessary alterations or even remake the dress if necessary. Please refer to our ' Terms of Service '.

Does the price cover materials and workmanship?
Yes. All you have to pay is the quoted garment price, plus shipping charges.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Worldwide: US$19.9 per dress/set.

How long does it take to deliver?
Within 4 Weeks for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA and UK. All other countries will receive shipment within 6 Weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal, Money Order, and Bank Transfer. We use PayPal to provide highly secure online credit card processing.

Do I still get charged if the tailor-made dresses need alterations?
Alternations are free. We will even pay for the return postage if there are any mistakes made on your dress by our tailors. Please see our ' Terms of Service '.

I have my own bridesmaid dress design. Can you make it for me?
We welcome your unique design. Please email, mail, or fax the design to us. We will reply with a price quote within 2 days.

Where is your company located?
We are located in Hong Kong, a city famous for its tailoring services.

Do you provide services to my country?
We serve customers from all over the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most European countries

Is Bridesmaid Tailor.com related to ChineseTailor.com?
Both online stores are operated by the same company, Red Asterisk Company in Hong Kong. We have two teams of tailors to prepare different styles of dresses.
